Designed and built from the ground up by experienced founders, JobStem has grown from a small idea to where we are today, a cross-industry job platform with a twist. Our founders, have launched and managed some very successful job boards over the years, so they know the industry inside out. Not content with copying the rest, they have designed a group of sites that are intuitive, cost-effective and work!

STEM – is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. We focus on these areas together not only because the skills and knowledge in each discipline are essential for success, but also because these fields are deeply intertwined in the real world. Find me a job that doesn’t need some form of STEM! The Stem of a plant supports growth and JobStem is no different – we are here to support the growth of our users in the UK and beyond through helping people find their next move in the easiest way possible.
Why are we different? Well, recruiters tell us the same thing - the mainstream boards are just too expensive (and this is before you add in the extras!), not intuitive enough and don’t really help with qualifying candidates.
Research shows that 62% of job seekers prefer to use an Industry or skill specific job board, but by only choosing one of these your are not reaching 38% of your base - so you end up having to pay twice. So here is our answer: pay once and post across our network.
Our JobSeeker management portal allows you to manage your account online at any time. Add new jobs, qualify candidates, send emails - what you would expect from a Job Board. We’ve got so much planned and in development, we can’t wait to share it with you.
