Customer Service Team Manager - Thornbury - Circa £29,000 pa

Scope of the role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager you will be responsible for managing a developing the telephone teams (headcount of 20), to ensure the provision of excellent and continually improving customer service.

Knowledge/Experience required for Position:

*Experience of managing and motivating diverse teams in a multi-channel customer service environment
*Demonstrable , telephony based customer service experience.
*Ability to organise, prioritise, deliver results and make decisions under pressure in a fast paced environment.
*Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to positively address escalations and complaints
*Exceptionally strong customer focus and customer service attitude
*IT literate, competent with Microsoft Office and also learning new systems
