Acorn Recruitment is seeking an experienced PA to work with the Chief Executive of a medical based organisation, based in Gloucester.
This position is for approximately 20 hours per week and is a 6 month contract that could possible become a permanent role. Salary is £12.00 to £15.00 per hour dependent on experience.
You would be involved in Administrative duties, especially new projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing administration tasks
* Support to Chief Executive and senior management team
* Confidentially taking minutes both remotely and in-person with prompt turnaround
* Meeting scheduling and diary management
* Dealing with correspondence
* Observe health and safety guidelines at all times
* Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time-to-time
